Will the finished drawing look like my preview?
Yes. The preview shows the same dashes or dots the pen will draw. Real ink and paper add a little natural texture to the finished piece.
Which photographs work best?
Clear, well-lit photographs with a distinct subject work beautifully. Phone photos are usually perfect, and you see the result before ordering.
Is it a print?
No. A pen physically travels every mark on the paper. The making film records that exact drawing process.
How do I watch the making film?
A QR card arrives with your artwork. Scan it with your phone to open the private film of your piece being drawn from blank paper to final mark.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Enter your country at checkout to see the tracked delivery price and estimated journey time before you pay. International orders may also attract local import tax or duty.
How long will my portrait take?
Allow 7 to 10 working days for drawing, filming and studio checks. Framed pieces also complete a framing check. Your tracked delivery estimate appears at checkout, and we email you as the portrait moves through each stage.
